Cooperation between insolvency practitioners and the coordinator

Article 74

1.   Insolvency practitioners appointed in relation to members of a group and the coordinator shall cooperate with each other to the extent that such cooperation is not incompatible with the rules applicable to the respective proceedings. 2.   In particular, insolvency practitioners shall communicate any information that is relevant for the coordinator to perform his or her tasks.
