Revocation of the appointment of the coordinator

Article 75

The court shall revoke the appointment of the coordinator of its own motion or at the request of the insolvency practitioner of a participating group member where: (a) the coordinator acts to the detriment of the creditors of a participating group member; or (b) the coordinator fails to comply with his or her obligations under this Chapter.
