Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1040 Article 3

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 21 January 2016. However, point (1)(c) and point (3) of the Annex shall apply from 1 October 2015.
