Contract value thresholds
Article 4
1. Contracts the estimated value of which, net of VAT, equals or exceeds the threshold amounts set out in paragraph 3, shall be awarded in accordance with the procedures laid down in Chapter II. 2. Contracts the estimated value of which, net of VAT, is below the threshold amounts set out in paragraph 3 shall be awarded in accordance with the procedures laid down in Chapter III. Contracts with an estimated value of less than EUR 20 000 shall be awarded in line with Article 37. 3. The following threshold amounts shall apply: (a) EUR 209 000 for supply contracts and service contracts; (b) EUR 5 225 000 for works contracts and concession contracts.
