Article 3
1. The Stabilisation and Association Council shall be chaired on the Union side by the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, in accordance with his/her responsibilities pursuant to the Treaties and his/her capacity as President of the Foreign Affairs Council. The Stabilisation and Association Committee shall be chaired by a representative of the Commission. 2. The Commission shall be authorised to approve on behalf of the Union modifications to the Agreement where it provides for them to be adopted by the Stabilisation and Association Committee.
