Article 1
1. The position to be adopted on the Union's behalf within the Joint Committee set up under the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Cape Verde on facilitating the issue of short-stay visas to citizens of the Republic of Cape Verde and of the European Union, with regard to the adoption of the rules of procedure of the Joint Committee, shall be based on the draft decision of the Joint Committee attached to this Decision. 2. Minor technical corrections to the draft decision may be agreed by the representatives of the Union in the Joint Committee without further decision of the Council.
