Purpose and scope
Article 2
1. This decision shall define the fundamental principles and minimum security rules for the protection of FIDUCIA information in proceedings before the Court of Justice. 2. Those fundamental principles and minimum security rules shall apply to all FIDUCIA information, and to any use of it, written or oral, and to any copies of it that may be made in accordance with the security rules laid down in this decision.
