Protection of FIDUCIA information

Article 5

1. The protection of FIDUCIA information shall be equivalent to that given to SECRET EU/EU SECRET EUCI in accordance with the rules on the protection of EUCI applicable within the EU institutions. 2. The holder of any FIDUCIA information shall be responsible for protecting it in accordance with this decision.
