Placing on the market of mobile subsystems
Article 20
1. Mobile subsystems shall be placed on the market by the applicant only if they are designed, constructed and installed in such a way as to meet the essential requirements. 2. In particular, the applicant shall ensure that the relevant declaration of verification has been provided.
