Benefits and pensions update

Article 19

The allowances provided for in Articles 7 and 8 of this Regulation and pension benefits provided for in Articles 12, 14 and 18 of this Regulation shall be updated by the amount of the update resulting from the application of Article 65 of the Staff Regulations and Annex XI thereto which shall apply mutatis mutandis . This provision shall apply to the pension benefits of public office holders whose mandates are ongoing on, or have ended before, 4 March 2016.
