Tax for the benefit of the Union — Solidarity levy

Article 3

1. Council Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No 260/68 ( 9 ) shall apply to public office holders. 2. Article 66a of the Staff Regulations shall apply mutatis mutandis to public office holders.
