Prohibition of review of jurisdiction of the court of origin

Article 39

1. The jurisdiction of the court of the Member State of origin may not be reviewed. 2. The public policy ( ordre public ) criterion referred to in Article 37 shall not apply to the rules on jurisdiction set out in Articles 4 to 11.
