Participation of Member States

Article 3

1. Any Member State may participate in the experiment. 2. A Member State which decides to participate in the experiment (hereinafter: ‘participating Member State’) shall inform the Commission and the other Member States concerning its participation. 3. A participating Member State may terminate its participation at any time by informing the Commission and the other Member States accordingly.
