Maximum number of generations

Article 7

By way of derogation from the first and second paragraphs of point 7 of Annex I to Directive 2002/56/EC, the maximum number of combined generations of basic seed potatoes and certified seed potatoes derived from true potato seed shall be four. The tubers harvested from experimental seedlings shall be the first generation.
