Article 12

For the purposes of Article 23 a (8) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013, Member States may use a poster fulfilling the minimum requirements laid down in the Annex to this Regulation, which shall be permanently situated at a clearly visible place at the main entrance of the participating educational establishment.
