Transmission of information and request for a reasoned opinion
Article 14
1. The competent authority shall transmit a request for the reasoned opinion referred to in Article 55(5) of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014 to the authorities referred to in points (a) to (e) of Article 55(4) of that Regulation using the template in Section 1 of Annex VI to this Regulation. 2. For each transmission referred to in Article 55(4) of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014 and request referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, each authority referred to in points (a) to (e) of Article 55(4) of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014 shall immediately upon receipt confirm by email to the transmitting competent authority that it received the respective information. 3. If no confirmation of receipt is received in accordance with paragraph 2 of this Article, the competent authority shall itself contact the authorities referred to points (a) to (e) of Article 55(4) of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014, to ensure that the latter have received the information referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article.
