Entry into force and application

Article 17

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Article 11(1) shall apply from the date of entry into force of the delegated acts adopted by the Commission pursuant to Articles 6(5) and 7(15) of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014, whichever is the latter.
