Member State competent authorities
Article 10
1. Each Member State shall designate one or more competent authorities responsible for the application of this Regulation. Member States shall inform the Commission of the names and addresses of the competent authorities by 9 December 2017. Member States shall inform the Commission of any changes to the names or addresses of the competent authorities. 2. The Commission shall make publicly available, including on the internet, a list of competent authorities using the template in Annex III. The Commission shall keep that list up-to-date. 3. Member State competent authorities shall be responsible for ensuring the effective and uniform implementation of this Regulation throughout the Union.
