Records of ex-post checks on Union importers
Article 12
Member State competent authorities shall keep records of the ex-post checks referred to in Article 11(1), indicating in particular the nature and results of such checks, as well as records of any notice of remedial action issued under Article 16(3). Records of the ex-post checks referred to in Article 11(1) shall be kept for at least five years.
