Minimum length of membership

Article 6

1. The minimum membership period of a producer shall not be less than one year. 2. Resignation from membership shall be notified to the producer organisation in writing. Member States shall lay down the notice period, which shall not exceed six months, and the date on which resignation shall take effect.
