Partial payments
Article 12
1. Member States may permit producer organisations to apply for the payment of the part of the aid corresponding to the amounts already spent under the operational programme. 2. Applications may be submitted at any time, but no more than three times each year. They shall be accompanied by supporting documents, such as invoices and documents proving that the payment has been made. 3. Payments in respect of applications for parts of the aid shall not exceed 80 % of the part of the aid corresponding to the amounts already spent under the operational programme for the period concerned. Member States may set a minimum amount for partial payments and deadlines for applications.
