Approved amount of aid

Article 8

Member States shall notify producer organisations and associations of producer organisations of the approved amount of aid by 15 December of the year preceding the year for which aid is requested. By way of derogation from the first paragraph, where the third subparagraph of Article 33(2) or the second subparagraph of Article 34(1) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/891 applies, Member States shall notify those organisations and associations of the approved amount of aid by 20 January of the year for which aid is requested.
