Amendment to Regulation (EC) No 1259/2004

Article 9

Regulation (EC) No 1259/2004 is amended as follows: (1) Article 2 is replaced by the following: ‘Article 2 The preparations belonging to the group “enzymes”, as set out in Annexes III and VI are authorised for use without a time limit as additive in animal nutrition under the conditions laid down in those Annexes.’; (2) Annex V is deleted.
