Frequency containment process

Article 142

1. The control target of FCP shall be the stabilization of the system frequency by activation of FCR. 2. The overall characteristic for FCR activation in a synchronous area shall reflect a monotonic decrease of the FCR activation as a function of the frequency deviation.
