Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/170 Article 10

Entry into force

Article 10

This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . The obligation to provide data in accordance with this Decision shall apply as from the reference year 2018.
