Article 1

1. The 2018 unit rates for the en route charging zones set out in point 1 of the Annex are in compliance with Implementing Regulations (EU) No 390/2013 and (EU) No 391/2013. 2. The 2017 unit rates en route charging zones set out in point 2 of the Annex are in compliance with Implementing Regulations (EU) No 390/2013 and (EU) No 391/2013. 3. The 2015 and 2016 unit rates for the en route charging zones set out in point 3 of the Annex are in compliance with Implementing Regulations (EU) No 390/2013 and (EU) No 391/2013.
