Methods of monitoring
Article 5
Member States shall monitor the conformity of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies with the accessibility requirements provided for in Article 4 of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 using: (a) an in-depth monitoring method to verify compliance, conducted in accordance with the requirements laid down in point 1.2 of Annex I; (b) a simplified monitoring method to detect non-compliance, conducted in accordance with the requirements laid down in point 1.3 of Annex I.
