Format of the report

Article 8

1. Member States shall submit the report referred to in Article 8(4) of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 to the Commission in an accessible format in an official language of the European Union. 2. The report shall include the outcome of the monitoring relating to the requirements in the standards and technical specifications referred to in Article 6 of Directive (EU) 2016/2102. Results related to requirements exceeding those requirements may also be included in the report and, in case they are included, shall be presented separately.
