Definitions

Article 3

For the purposes of this Decision, the following definitions apply: (a) ‘crisis’ means a situation of such a wide-ranging impact or political significance, that it requires timely policy coordination and response at Union political level; (b) ‘response’ means any action taken in the event of a crisis to address its adverse consequences.
