Use of shared services

Article 12

1. Payment card schemes and processing entities making use of shared services shall describe in a single document the list of shared services and the conditions, including the financial conditions, under which those services are provided. 2. The single document referred to in paragraph 1 shall be made available to competent authorities upon their request.
