Authorisations for vine plantings

Article 2

1. Authorisations for vine plantings as provided for in Chapter III of Title I of Part II of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 shall be granted in accordance with this Regulation. 2. The authorisations for vine plantings referred to in paragraph 1 shall concern new plantings, re-plantings and planting rights to be converted. 3. The authorisations for new plantings referred to in Article 64 of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 shall be granted annually.
