Notifications and centralisation of information

Article 25

The information contained in production and stock declarations in accordance with Articles 22 and 23 and harvest declarations in accordance with Article 24 of this Regulation and treatment or marketing declarations in accordance with Article 34 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/273, where applicable, shall be centralised at national level. Member States shall lay down the form and manner in which this information shall be notified to them.
