Article 19
1. Where particulars are published in the European Union Trade Marks Bulletin in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/1001, Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/625 or this Regulation, the date of issue shown in the European Union Trade Marks Bulletin shall be taken as the date of publication of the particulars. 2. To the extent that the entries regarding the registration of a trade mark contain no changes as compared to the publication of the application, the publication of such entries shall be made by way of a reference to the particulars contained in the publication of the application. 3. The Office may make editions of the Official Journal of the Office publicly available by electronic means.
