Amendments to Directive 2012/27/EU

Article 54

Directive 2012/27/EU is amended as follows: (1) Article 4 is deleted; (2) in Article 18(1), point (e) is deleted; (3) Article 24 is amended as follows: (a) paragraphs 1, 3, 4 and 11, are deleted; (b) paragraph 2 is deleted; (4) Annex XIV is deleted.
