Entry into force

Article 59

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Article 40, Article 53(2), (3) and (4), point (a) of Article 54(3), Article 54(4), and Article 55 shall apply from 1 January 2021.
