Entry into force and application

Article 4

1. This Decision shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . 2. Articles 1 and 2 shall apply from the day following that on which Directive 2012/27/EU and Regulation (EU) 2018/1999 cease to apply to and in the United Kingdom.
