Article 2

Point (c) of Article 9(1) of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 480/2014 is corrected as follows: ‘(c) management verifications are carried out throughout the programming period and during the set-up and implementation of the financial instruments in accordance with Article 125(4) of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 for the ERDF, the ESF, the Cohesion Fund and the EMFF, and in accordance with Article 58(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 for the EAFRD;’.
