Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/886 Article 3

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Point (2) of Article 1 shall apply from 1 January 2014. Point (5) of Article 1 shall apply from 1 January 2018. Point (12) of Article 1 and Article 2 shall apply from 14 May 2014.
