Content and application period of work plans
Article 1
1. The format of the national work plans for data collection, in accordance with the multiannual Union programme for the collection, management and use of data in the fisheries and aquaculture sectors (‘EU MAP’) established by Commission Delegated Decision (EU) 2021/1167 and Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/1168, is set out in the Annex to this Decision. 2. The first national work plans shall cover a period of minimum 3 years and maximum 6 years, starting on 1 January 2022 and ending, at the latest, on 31 December 2027. The application period of any successive national work plans shall end, at the latest, on 31 December 2027.
