Repeal of Implementing Decisions (EU) 2016/1701 and (EU) 2018/1283

Article 3

1. Implementing Decisions (EU) 2016/1701 and (EU) 2018/1283 are repealed. 2. By 31 May 2022, the Member States shall submit the annual reports based on the format from Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1283.
