Member States shall report to the Commission on the implementation of this Decision by 1 October 2022 at the latest.’;
Article 1
Decision 2006/771/EC is amended as follows:
(1)
the following Article 4a is inserted:
‘Article 4a
Member States shall report to the Commission on the implementation of this Decision by 1 October 2022 at the latest.’;
(2)
the Annex is replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Decision.
