Entry into force and application

Article 60

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 January 2022. However: (a) the provisions on fishing opportunities set out in Articles 27, 28 and 29, and Annex VII for stocks indicated in that Annex in the CCAMLR Convention Area shall apply from 1 December 2021; (b) Article 26(2) shall apply from 17 December 2021; (c) Article 57, point (1), shall apply from 15 October 2021 to 15 April 2022; (d) Article 57, point (2), shall apply from 1 January 2021; (e) Annex II shall apply from 1 February 2022 to 31 January 2023.
