Scope

Article 16

This Chapter shall apply in all cases where the sectoral agricultural legislation provides for a security whether or not the particular term ‘security’ is used. This Chapter shall not apply to securities given to ensure payment of import and export duties referred to in Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 11 ) .
