Annual control plans and reports

Article 48

1. The control plan for scrutiny and the report referred to in Article 80 of Regulation (EU) 2021/2116 shall be drawn up in accordance with the specimen form set out in Annexes VI and VII to this Regulation. 2. The information to be submitted under this Article shall be communicated in electronic form. 3. The Commission shall inform annually the Member States of the results of the scrutiny.
