Scope

Article 49

This Chapter shall apply in all cases where the agricultural legislation provides for a security, whether or not the particular term ‘security’ is used. This Chapter shall not apply to securities lodged to ensure payment of import and export duties referred to in Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 25 ) .
