Calculation of the net worth of a prospective non-sophisticated investor

Article 7

For the purposes of the simulation referred to in Article 21(5) of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503, the net worth of prospective non-sophisticated investors shall be calculated in accordance with the following formula: Net worth = (net annual income) + (total of liquid assets) – (annual financial commitments)
