ANNEX IISupplementary provisions
ANNEX II Part A Values referred to in Article 9(3) of Regulation (EU) 2019/631 (passenger cars) 1. The 2025 and 2030 EU fleet-wide targets referred to in Article 1(4), point (a), and Article 1(5), point (a), respectively, of Regulation (EU) 2019/631, calculated ( 1 ) in accordance with Part A, points 6.1.1 and 6.1.2, of Annex I to that Regulation, shall be the following: EU fleet-wide target 2025 93,6 g CO 2 /km EU fleet-wide target 2030 49,5 g CO 2 /km 2. The values for a 2021 , a 2025 and a 2030 calculated ( 2 ) in accordance with point 6.2 of Part A of Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2019/631, shall be the following: a 2021 – 0,0175 a 2025 – 0,0144 a 2030 – 0,0076 3. The indicative TM 0 value for 2025, calculated in accordance with Article 14(1)(c) of Regulation (EU) 2019/631 as the average test mass of all new passenger cars registered in 2021, shall be 1 609,6 kg. Part B Values referred to in Article 9(3) of Regulation (EU) 2019/631 (light commercial vehicles) 1. The 2025 and 2030 EU fleet-wide targets referred to in Article 1(4), point (b), and Article 1(5), point (b), respectively, of Regulation (EU) 2019/631, calculated ( 3 ) in accordance with Part B, points 6.1.1 and 6.1.2, of Annex I to that Regulation, shall be the following: EU fleet-wide target 2025 153,9 gCO 2 /km EU fleet-wide target 2030 90,6 gCO 2 /km 2.
