Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/2601 Article 4

Entry into force and applicability

Article 4

1. This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . 2. The provisions in this Decision relating to the VIS shall apply from the date of the start of operations of the VIS pursuant to Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1134.
