Transitional provisions
Article 4
1. Member States shall ensure that the data collected and reported to the authority designated by the Member State with respect to the year 2023 or a part thereof in accordance with Article 7a(1), third subparagraph, and Article 7a(7) of Directive 98/70/EC, which are deleted by Article 3, point (4), of this Directive, are submitted to the Commission. 2. The Commission shall include the data referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article in any report it is obliged to submit under Directive 98/70/EC.
