Article 5
1. Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive by 21 May 2025. By way of derogation from the first subparagraph of this paragraph, Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with Article 1, point (6), with regard to Article 15e of Directive (EU) 2018/2001, and Article 1, point (7), with regard to Articles 16, 16b,16c, 16d, 16e and 16f of that Directive, by 1 July 2024. They shall immediately inform the Commission of those measures. When Member States adopt those measures, they shall contain a reference to this Directive or shall be accompanied by such a reference on the occasion of their official publication. The methods of making such reference shall be laid down by Member States. 2. Member States shall communicate to the Commission the text of the main measures of national law which they adopt in the field covered by this Directive.
